The Quebec family business LEURRES FORGET specializes in the manufacturing and design of lures and baits for trapping and hunting. We provide trappers and hunters with superior-quality attractants with highly concentrated compositions, which, in turn, defines an intense and long-lasting odor for all our products. This is the difference that is the key to a successful trapping season.
We don't claim our lures and baits are the best, we want you to tell us!
For trappers looking to try something different, I think you'll be pleasantly surprised at how well our products attract furbearers to your premises.
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us, as customer satisfaction and service are a priority for us.
The LEURRES FORGET team wishes you every success in your trapping and hunting adventures.
Thank you to all our trapper and hunter friends for supporting a Quebec business.
Carl Hudon
Owner and manufacturer of LEURRES FORGET
It was in December 2017 that Carl Hudon purchased the Quebec company LEURRES FORGET from its creator Stéphane Forget.
Hunter and trapper Carl Hudon is proud to continue the work of Stéphane Forget, who left his mark on the trapping world and made LEURRES FORGET famous. Carl continues the tradition of handcrafting the same lures, while maintaining the superior quality of existing products.
In addition, the Quebec manufacturer of lures and baits plans to develop new products and offer more information to coureurs des bois in the coming months and years.
Carl Hudon has a keen nose and a keen sense of observation. The behavior of fur-bearing animals fascinates him. He enjoys observing animals in the woods, analyzing their movements, studying their behavior, and discovering the scents that attract them to the facilities. He makes a science of it, much like an ethologist.
In the year 2000, Stéphane Forget began producing lures for trapping.
Over time, he developed his recipes to create a range of attractive products that have proven popular with trapping enthusiasts in Quebec, Canada and the United States.
He has handcrafted products adapted to each of Quebec's seasons to attract foxes, coyotes, wolves, martens, fishermen, lynx, beavers, minks, raccoons and black bears.
In December 2017, Stéphane Forget entrusted the succession of his company LEURRES FORGET to hunter/trapper Carl Hudon from Estrie in Quebec.
